Our services have now resumed at St Stephen's, St Nicholas & St Faith and St Mary. Please see the calendar for up-to-date services and times. St Michael will resume services on 19th July - the central heating leak has finally been fixed, but the church needs cleaning before it can be re-opened.
There will be a one way system operating in the churches so just follow the arrows. There are either red crosses or reserved signs on pews that should not be used so that we can keep the relevant safe distances.
When you enter the church please go to the table and use the hand sanitizer and then pick up a service book (and please return the book to the table when you leave). We aren’t allowed to sing at this time so hymn books are not needed.
The service will be a simplified version – we can share the wafers but not the wine at this time.
We will also be opening St Stephen's on a Wednesday afternoon from 2.00 – 4.00 if we have enough volunteers to “supervise”.
The online services will continue until the end of July in their current form. After that we are hoping to record services in church on Sunday mornings (rotating round the area). As there is no internet connection at any of the churches, we will be unable to broadcast these live, but hope to have to the service ready for viewing on the website before 4pm on the Sunday.
