ChurchSuite

As a Benefice we are moving across to a computer system called ChurchSuite. It’ll take some time to be fully integrated but we will start by asking you to register yourself on the system and to complete your application for the electoral roll in this way.

I know technology we’re unfamiliar with can be scary. But I’m certain that we will all work together to learn the system and to help each other and soon we’ll forget we did it in any other way! For those who do not have access to the internet you can ask in the office for a paper copy of the electoral roll form.

If you haven’t yet added your details to ChurchSuite, can I gently encourage you to do so. It’s the safest and most secure way for us to store your contact information, and very soon it will become the only way we communicate with the church family about services, events, pastoral updates, and weekly news.

When you register, please make sure you tick the box giving us permission to email you. Without that consent, we’re not legally allowed to send you the weekly news sheet or any other updates — even if you’ve been part of the church for years. It only takes a moment, and it really helps us stay connected and care for our community well.

The new system is fully compliant with data protection and privacy and eventually will reduce the admin burden on many roles in the Benefice. It will also make communication easier as we’ll be able to send you weekly updates.
