On Sunday 28th, the church was packed as all the Saltash Area parishes came together to celebrate this special occasion.  Teachers, pupils and their parents from Sir Robert Geffery School in Landrake also joined in the celebrations.  Music teacher, Mr Hambly, composed a special song to mark the occasion and the school choir sang it beautifully together with their school song.  The school also arranged for a special cake to be made.

The celebrations continued on Tuesday 30th April – the actual date of St Michael’s 750th Anniversary – with an evening concert in the church.  All those taking part were from Landrake or had lived there in the past.  It was a very uplifting occasion and showcased the amazing talent within Landrake and the concert was enjoyed by all.
