This drawing from 1811 has recently come in to our archives, but looking at the top right hand side, it shows a building that the artist claimes to be "St. Nicholas Church, Saltash". However we are not aware that we did have a spire, there is no mention of a spire in any of the original records, and the late Warwick Jones never mentioned it in his book. If anyone can through any light on this, it would be appreciated.
