AMD Meeting with Bishop Chris

I would just like to thank all those who came along to the “Introduction to AMD” meeting at Burraton Church on Saturday morning. I really do appreciate your support in this initiative.

During the meeting, Bishop Chris posed two questions which prompted a lively conversation between everyone. The questions were:

1. What is the best thing about your church? And

2. What are the challenges in our community?

We didn’t have a chance to gather everyone’s comments on Saturday but I would really like to do so. Therefore I would like to ask you to let me have a couple of thoughts on each question please – regardless of whether or not you attended the meeting. I would really like us to celebrate all that is good in our churches – sometimes to all get so closely involved that we don’t realise what there is to celebrate. And it would be really good to have everyone’s thoughts about the challenges in our community. So please either e-mail me or write down just a couple of thoughts and pass them on to me.

Also, if you haven’t already had a chance to fill in one of the short “Our church” questionnaires then please do and either leave it in the church for me to collect or just hand it to me when we next meet.  Every blessing, Cathy
